AYS Graduation Rate
      The first step to fostering a student's academic success is ensuring that they have access to the proper resources. Historically underfunded and challenged by large class sizes, Chicago Public Schools (CPS) often fail to provide students with the support required to encourage growth and graduation. To combat this systemic issue, beyond offering after-school support programs, AYS has committed to providing its kids with full academic scholarships to local parochial schools, such as St. Matthias Elementary School and DePaul College Prep. AYS students that attend these schools are more engaged, feel safer, and are excited to learn. AYS proudly reports that 100% of its clients graduate 4-year high schools.
